Yelarbon State School is a small school situated in the township of Yelarbon, approximately 50 kilometres east of Goondiwindi on the Cunningham Highway.
There are currently 34 students enrolled at Yelarbon State School with a Prep class, a year 1/2 class and a Year 3/6 class.
Our school ethos is one that is built on community partnerships, innovation and ideas, improved results, environmental sustainability and health, safety and well-being and drives our 'no excuses' vision, 'Say YES at Yelarbon!'.

In 2012, Yelarbon State School celebrated 100 years of service to our local community. The celebrations clearly demonstrated the importance the community of today attaches to our school. I am sure that our school community will be looking to an even brighter second century!
